Raiders Sign WR/RS Dwayne Harris

The Oakland Raiders announced Monday the signing of WR/RS (Return Specialist) Dwayne Harris.

Last season, Harris appeared in five games for the New York Giants, returning nine kickoffs for 188 yards before being placed on the Reserve/Injured List with a foot injury. With the Dallas Cowboys in 2013, Harris finished second in the NFL with a 30.6 kickoff return average after recording 28 returns for 857 yards.

He was also named a Pro Bowler in 2016 as a special teamer.
