With the Giancarlo Stanton deal out of the mix and two-way star Shohei Ohtani signing with the Angels, the San Francisco Giants have been looking elsewhere to fill in gaps in their outfield position.

According MLB on Fox Ken Rosenthal reporter, the Giants have been showing interest in Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Domingo Santana.

Santana signed as an international free agent with the Philadelphia Phillies in March 2009, receiving a $330,000 signing bonus. The Phillies traded Santana to the Houston Astros on July 31, 2011 with other names in exchange for Hunter Pence, who’s now with the Giants.

He made his major league debut on July 1, 2014 and on July 30, 2015, he was traded to the Brewers.

He’s currently hitting .261 with 49 home runs and 143 RBIs.
