Las Vegas Raiders safety Roderic Teamer was activated from the team’s injured reserve list on Friday, Nov. 25.
The next day, Teamer was reportedly arrested on misdemeanor DUI charges after being pulled over for speeding. Vincent Bonsignore, the Raiders reporter for the Las Vegas Journal-Review, reported the news Sunday morning. Teamer was listed as inactive for Sunday’s matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs.

The 26-year-old safety played in six games this season before injuring his hamstring in Week 6’s win over the New England Patriots. As an undrafted free agent, Teamer signed with the Los Angeles Chargers in 2019. After a quick stop in Indianapolis with the Colts, he signed with the Raiders in 2021.
According to the Associated Press, Roderic Teamer was previously suspended by the NFL in 2020 for violating the league’s substance-abuse policy.
“The Raiders are aware of an incident regarding Roderic Teamer last night,” the Las Vegas Raiders said in a statement released to ESPN. “The club is in the process of gathering more information and will have no further comment at this time.”
