The Last Vegas Raiders dropped their second-straight game on Monday night at the hands of the Detroit Lions.
Starting quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo struggled during the 26-14 loss, passing for 126 yards and no touchdowns while tossing his ninth interception–the most in the NFL following eight weeks of action.
During Tuesday morning’s edition of The Carmichael Dave Show with Jason Ross, former NFL quarterback Sean Salisbury joined the show to discuss whether or not it’s time for Las Vegas to make a change at QB, dive into the San Francisco 49ers’ struggles, and much more.

49es & Raiders Topics Discussed
- Thoughts on Minnesota Vikings QB Kirk Cousins’ season-ending Achilles injury
- “He is a good player… This guy can play. If he was on the Jets, they’re a Super Bowl-caliber team.”
- Is there an easy solution to fixing the Las Vegas Raiders?
- Salisbury says Jimmy Garoppolo can’t carry the Raiders
- “It’s time to make a change and see what Aiden O’Connell can do.”
- Is Josh McDaniels on the hot seat?
- “There seems to be a group that isn’t buying in… Overall, I think you see quite a few changes by the time the season is over. Quarterback and head coach are some of them.”
- What is going on with the San Francisco 49ers?
- “They are not playing great defense…They are not dominating.”
- Sean says he isn’t going back on his 49ers-Super Bowl prediction
- “I still have the 49ers in the Super Bowl playing the Bengals… I still believe that they will be fine.”
- What is behind Brock Purdy’s recent rough stretch?
