The San Francisco Giants will get a healthy dose of nationally televised games, including their home opener against a division rival.

ESPN and Fox Sports announced its slate of national TV games for the upcoming MLB season and the San Francisco Giants first home Saturday game gets the primetime slot on FOX.

The Giants will get at least eight nationally televised games between FOX and FS1. No games have yet been scheduled for ESPN. Included in the list of FOX games is a game in the oldest professional ballpark in 2024. The Giants will take on the St. Louis Cardinals at Rickwood Field, the former host of the Negro Leagues’ Birmingham Black Barons and the former home of Giants legend Willie Mays.

The San Francisco Giants announced national TV games include:

  • Saturday, March 30 — Giants vs Padres (FOX)
  • Thursday, April 18 — Diamondback vs Giants (FS1)
  • Saturday, May 11 — Giants vs Reds (FOX)
  • Monday, June 3 — Giants vs Diamondbacks (FS1)
  • Thursday, June 20 — Giants vs. Cardinals at Rickwood Field (FOX)
  • Saturday, June 29 — Giants vs Dodgers (FOX)
  • Saturday, July 13 — Giants vs Twins (FOX)
  • Saturday, Aug. 3 — Giants vs Reds (FOX)

  • February TBD – Full squad workouts
  • Saturday, February 24th – Spring Training opener vs. Chicago Cubs
