After trading away Darren Waller, the Las Vegas Raiders are filling their tight end position with a veteran.
Vincent Bonsignore of the Las Vegas Review-Journal was the first to report O.J. Howard has finalized a deal to join the Las Vegas Raiders. The team later confirmed the move, however, details of the contract were not released.
The 28-year-old tight end was drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with the 19th pick in the 2017 NFL Draft. In five years with the Bucs, Howard recorded 119 receptions for 1,737 yards and 15 touchdowns. Last season with the Houston Texans, he recorded 10 receptions for 145 yards and only two touchdowns.
