Republic FC Gives MLS Expansion Update

Nashville is making its way into Major League Soccer, and many Sacramento Republic FC fans are left wondering if we’re next.

Kevin Nagle released a statement to fans on Thursday to give them and expansion update, and outline a three-step plan to strengthen the city’s bid.

Nagle also said that “the league announced plans to continue to work with Sacramento and the other two remaining finalists before deciding on the second expansion team.”
