A’s and Giants pitching legend Vida Blue is set to enter another Hall of Fame.

The Negro Leagues Baseball Museum announced Blue (posthumously), Al Downing, Dwight Gooden, Mike Norris and Dontrelle Willis have been selected to be inducted into its “Hall of Game.” Blue’s former teammate Dave Stewart will accept the induction on his behalf.

“We’re thrilled to remember our dear friend, Mudcat Grant, by honoring members of the Black Aces as part of our celebration of the history of the African American pitcher,” Bob Kendrick, NLBM President, said in a press release. “These great athletes were thrilling to watch and took the legacy of the Negro Leagues with them every time they took the mound.”

Although Blue hasn’t made it to Cooperstown yet, he has been inducted into the Athletics Hall of Fame and is a member of the San Francisco Giants Wall of Fame. In 15 seasons between the A’s and Giants, Blue pitched 135 complete games and 35 shutouts while recording 1,816 strikeouts.

The induction ceremony is set to take place Saturday, Sept. 9. Blue joins

Vida Blue died earlier this year at the age of 77.
