The Oakland A’s are having a rough season.

After dropping the Bay Bridge Series to the San Francisco Giants over the weekend, the A’s lost the home opener to the Los Angeles Angels. Only one other team in all of baseball has a worse record than the A’s.

Vince Cotroneo, play-by-play voice for the Oakland A’s, joined Cattles & Ramie on Tuesday afternoon to discuss the direction of the Athletics and share his thoughts on the stadium.

Topics discussed include:

  • The Bay Bridge Series made the Oakland Coliseum full of fans. Can this become a permanent thing?
  • What Vince learned from Vin Scully
  • In cities where the stadium is a fulcrum, the teams do well. Can things turn around for the Oakland A’s if the stadium comes together?
  • Will news about Howard Terminal be resolved soon?
