‘McCovey Cove Dave,’ a San Francisco Giants fan that collects Splash Hit home runs in McCovey Cove outside of Oracle Park, is refusing to give the team Heliot Ramos’ historic splash hit–the first ever splash hit by a right-handed hitter in the park’s 25-year history.
