Sean Cunningham, sports reporter and producer for FOX40, joined the Carmichael Dave Show with Jason Ross Thursday to talk about NBA Summer League coming to a close, the latest on Kings center Domantas Sabonis’ health and more.
Earlier this week, Lithuanian national team head coach Kazys Maksvytis reportedly told the media that Sabonis had surgery, that’s why he isn’t joining the Lithuanian national basketball team for next month’s FIBA World Cup. However, that claim was later debunked by Cunningham and other media in Sacramento.
Speaking with Jason and JayMarZZ, Cunningham broke down what he’s learned about where currently stands and if surgery is still on the table.
