New reports indicate the WNBA has narrowed its expansion list down to 10 cities. And Commissioner Cathy Engelbert is visiting one of those cities, Denver, this week to meet with potential investors. Not on that list was Sacramento.
Kyle Draper and Jay Johnson wonder why Sacramento didn’t make the list but cities like Austin, Texas or Charlotte did. Should the WNBA take another look at Sacramento? Does Kings owner Vivek Ranadivé have any interest in bringing the team back?
