Aggies Announce 2025-26 Men’s Basketball Non-Conference Schedule

UC Davis men’s basketball has released its 2025-26 non-conference schedule, highlighted by six home games and participation in the Palm Springs Holiday Invitational MTE.

The 11-game slate begins at home against Menlo (Nov. 3) and North Dakota State (Nov. 5), before traveling to Portland on Nov. 9.

UC Davis returns to host the Causeway Classic against Sacramento State on Nov. 14. Last season in Sacramento, the Aggies defeated the Hornets, 69-62.

As part of the Palm Springs Holiday Invitational, UC Davis will play road games at Nevada (Nov. 18), and Colorado (Nov. 21), before closing the event at home against Louisiana (Nov. 24).

December opens with a road game in Eugene against Oregon on Dec. 13. In 2024-25, the Ducks finished 25-10 and reached the second round of the NCAA tournament. A home matchup with Seattle on Dec. 17 follows, while a trip to Idaho State (Dec. 21) wraps up the road portion of the non-conference slate. The Aggies close out non-conference play before the new year at home against Pacific Union (Dec. 28).

The 2025-26 UC Davis men’s basketball Big West Conference schedule was announced Friday by the conference office. The slate features 20 games, highlighted by the second year of Big West Bold Week and several key home and road stretches.

UC Davis opens its final season of conference play in the Big West on Dec. 4 at Hawai’i as part of Big West Bold Week.

Conference action resumes Jan. 1 when the Aggies host CSUN, followed by another home game against Cal State Bakersfield on Jan. 3. The first road trip of the new year takes UC Davis to UC Santa Barbara on Jan. 8 and Cal Poly on Jan. 10.

The Aggies return to University Credit Union Center for a four-game homestand, facing Cal State Fullerton on Jan. 15, UC Irvine on Jan. 17, UC San Diego on Jan. 22, and UC Riverside on Jan. 24. UC Davis then travels for back-to-back games at CSUN on Jan. 29 and Cal State Bakersfield on Jan. 31.

February begins with two home contests against UC Santa Barbara on Feb. 5 and Cal Poly on Feb. 7. The Aggies visit UC San Diego on Feb. 12 before returning home to host Long Beach State on Feb. 14.

A four-game road stretch follows, with stops at Cal State Fullerton on Feb. 19, UC Riverside on Feb. 21, Long Beach State on March 5, and UC Irvine on March 7. The only home game in that span is Feb. 26 against Hawai’i.

The 2025-26 regular season concludes with the Big West Basketball Championships presented by Credit Union 1 from March 11-14 at Lee’s Family Forum in Henderson, Nev. The top eight men’s and women’s teams will compete, with the No. 3 and No. 4 seeds receiving a bye to the quarterfinals and the top two seeds earning a bye to the semifinals.
