The Las Vegas Raiders have made another trade.
Nick Mullens has been traded to the Minnesota Vikings in exchange for a conditional 2020 seventh-round draft pick. NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero was first to report and the Raiders later confirmed the move.
The Raiders and the Vikings faced off earlier in the preseason. Mullens threw for a team-high 94 yards and one touchdown. He finished the game with a passer rating of 147.2.

The move all but confirms Jarrett Stidham as Derek Carr’s backup this season.
This is the second trade by the Black and Silver since the start of the preseason. Earlier this month, the Raiders sent safety Tyree Gillespie to the Tennessee Titans in exchange for a 2024 seventh-round draft pick. The Raiders also announced they have signed linebacker Tae Davis.
