Kings coach Mike Brown on team’s Game 6 elimination matchup against Warriors

Sacramento Kings coach Mike Brown met with the media before facing the Golden State Warriors in Game 6 of the NBA Playoffs, discussing the team’s loss Wednesday and going into an elimination game Friday night.

“If you get an opportunity to put yourself in a position to win, you take it and you hope the basketball gods are in your favor,” Brown said when asked about Malik Monk’s three-point attempt in the final minutes of the fourth quarter. The Kings coach also spoke about Keegan Murray not taking a shot after the first quarter in Game 5, his Coach of the Year award, and more.
