Derek Carr turns 27-years-old today, and we’re celebrating by looking at highlights from the Oakland Raiders quarterback.
Carr came to Oakland four years ago as a second round pick of the 2014 NFL Draft. Before that, the fan-favorite attended California State University, Fresno.
