Matt Barrows believes Brock Purdy is still the 49ers’ MVP, even after Monday’s loss

The Athletic’s Matt Barrows joined “The Carmichael Dave Show with Jason Ross” Thursday morning to recap the 49ers’ Monday night loss to the Ravens, help preview Sunday’s game against the Commanders, if the national media is against Brock Purdy, and more.
If the 49ers and Ravens meet again in Las Vegas, Barrows believes the 49ers would feel good about their game plan, despite coming up short on Christmas Day.
“I think it’s interesting that they [the Ravens] decided we’re going to challenge Brock Purdy instead of Christian McCaffrey,” Barrows said. “They made that bet and they won it in a big way.”
