Republic FC Sign Mitchell Taintor

Sacramento Republic FC is adding defender Mitchell Taintor to the roster.

According to the Republic FC website, Taintor is signed on for the 2018 season, with a club option for the 2019 season, pending league and federation approval.

Taintor was with Toronto FC II for two years, accruing 47 appearances, all starts.

Training camp begins for Sacramento Republic FC on Feb. 1.
