Week 11 will be remembered for all of the scoring that happened. It was a week that included final scores of 38-35, 38-10, 48-7, and was capped off by a 54-51 Monday Night Football score. As a matter of fact, only one team scored single digits this week. Here are the best and worst of Week 11:

Best: Monday Night Football

The Monday Night Football game between the Los Angeles Rams and the Kansas City Chiefs may go down as the greatest regular season game of all-time. With the Rams winning 54-51, the game featured 14 total touchdowns, 56 first downs, and 105 total points. It was the first time in NFL history where both teams scored at least 50 points. Quarterbacks Patrick Mahomes and Jared Goff combined for a total of 10 touchdowns and 891 yards. The game was decided on a 40-yard touchdown pass from Goff to Gerald Everett with 1:49 remaining in the game.

This game could have been a Super Bowl preview and if the potential game in February can be half the game it was on Monday, we could have a very good Super Bowl to watch.

Worst: The Philadelphia Eagles

26 teams played on Week 11. 25 of them scored at least double-digit points. One of them did not. The one was the defending Super Bowl champion , Philadelphia Eagles. The Eagles lost to the New Orleans Saints, 48-7, dropping their record to 4-6 on the season, good for third place in the NFC East and two games behind first place Washington. The 41 point loss is the largest loss by a defending Super Bowl champion.

Best: Andrew Luck

The Andrew Luck comeback season continued on Sunday as the Colts defeated the Tennessee Titans, 38-10. Luck led the Colts offense to the tune of 297 yards, three touchdowns, and zero interceptions. After a 1-5 start, the Colts have won four in a row thanks to fantastic play from Luck. During the four-game win streak, Luck has thrown 13 touchdowns to one interception, completing 74% of his pass, with 977 yards, and a passer rating of 135.2.

Worst: Alex Smith

In the Washington-Houston Texans game on Sunday, Washington quarterback Alex Smith went down with a gruesome leg injury that ended his season. After the game, it was announced that Smith broke his tibia and his fibia and his bone actually punctured his skin. He faces a 6-8 month recovery process but if everything goes to plan, he should be ready by the time training camp starts before next season.
