The last big moment of the offseason, the 2024 NFL Draft, is upon us.

The only professional sport with a fan festival, The NFL Draft Experience, kicks off Thursday, April 25, and lasts for three days. For those of you who can’t travel to the Motor City, here’s how you can still enjoy all the action from start to finish.

When is the NFL Draft?

The 2024 NFL Daft takes over the home of the Lions. On Thursday, April 25, the action begins with round one. On day two, Friday, April 26, the second and third rounds unfold, and then the fun concludes on Saturday, April 27, with rounds fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh.

What time is the NFL draft?

Round one is set to begin at 5 p.m. PST. On Friday, round two kicks off at 4 p.m. PST. Then the draft takes over most of Saturday, with round four starting at 9 a.m. PST.

How to watch round one.

Fans are able to check out all the action on ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN Deportes, the NFL Network, and streamed on NFL+.

What is the draft order for the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft?

For the first time since 1947, the Chicago Bears have the number one pick in the NFL Draft, which they received in a trade with the Carolina Panthers. Chicago is expected to select USC quarterback Caleb Williams.

How many picks do the San Francisco 49ers have in the 2024 NFL Draft?

Thursday marks the first time the Red & Gold have a first-round selection since 2021 when they moved up to select quarterback Trey Lance with the third overall pick.

San Francisco will make their selection with the second-to-last pick in the first round, pick 31. The 49ers have nine more picks before the weekend concludes, with the most selections coming in round four.

Payroll errors in 2022 caused the NFL to dock the San Francisco 49ers a 2025 fifth-round draft pick and forfeit a better position in the fourth round in the 2024 draft for an accounting mistake that impacted salary-cap projections.
