Before last Sunday’s 303-yard explosion, there were questions Josh Jacobs would even play against the Seahawks.
Jacobs was dealing with a calf injury leading into Sunday’s win over Seattle. However, that didn’t appear to stop him from setting records. However, he did aggravate it.
The Raiders running back was back on the injury report this week because of that calf injury, being limited at practice leading up to Sunday’s matchup with the Los Angeles Chargers. In Friday’s report, Jacobs is listed as questionable.
When asked about his running back’s availability Sunday, coach Josh McDaniels said he’s hopeful as things have trended in the right way.

Following Sunday’s game against the Chargers, the Raiders have a quick turnaround and face off against the other Los Angeles team on Thursday night. McDaniels said the team will make “smart decisions.”
“I think, we’re in a one-game-at-a-time part of the year now,” McDaniels said. “So, we’re going to do what we can do, the best we can do it to try to be victorious on Sunday, and then we’ll deal with the aftermath after the game.”
