Sacramento Kings center Neemias Queta put his skills on display in front of a national audience as the big man had a massive performance during Sunday’s G-League Next Up Game at All-Star Weekend in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The seven-footer led his team–Team Scoot–with 22 points on 10-of-12 shooting from the field to go along with nine rebounds, five assists, and one blocked shot during a 178-162 loss to Team Garza.
Queta, who started at the center position on Sunday alongside G-League talents Scoot Henderson, Leonard Miller, Kenneth Lofton Jr., and Scotty Pippen Jr., showed off his offensive skillset with dunks, flashy dimes, and even a triple.

Queta, the 39th overall pick from the 2021 NBA Draft, is currently in his second season with the Kings while playing on a two-way contract between the big league club and G-League affiliate Stockton.
The second-year big man has spent most of the 2022-23 season in the G-League, but games like today’s have you wondering how long it will take for the team to upgrade Queta to a full NBA contract–especially with Sacramento’s dire need of rebounding and rim protection.
Over 147 appearances with Stockton this season, the 23-year-old is currently averaging 17.0 points, 8.4 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 1.6 blocks per game while shooting 68 percent from the field.
Centers have range beyond the arc too.
