Hour 1

In the first hour of the Lo-Down Damien and Jason started the show talking about some of the controversial rules from yesterday’s Steelers and Raiders game last night, and if the NFL will make any rule changes.  They spent some time talking about last night’s Raiders Cowboys game, and what the Raiders future will look like.  All that and more on the Lo-Down exclusively on Sports 1140.

Hour 2

In the second hour of the show talked about some of the other NFL games and the playoff implications in tonight’s Monday Night Football game between the Buccaneers and Falcons.  They also talked about the Kings in Toronto on Sunday, and what the team need to do for the rest of the road trip.  All that and more on the Lo-Down exclusively on Sports 1140.

Hour 3

In the final hour of the Lo-Down the guys talked about Lebron James getting his 3rd straight triple double of the season, and how he is still one of the best players in the league.  The guys previewed tonight’s Monday Night Football team, and the Lakers retiring Kobe Bryant’s numbers tonight.  All that and more on the Lo-Down exclusively on Sports 1140.
