You’ve heard/seen NFL RedZone, well how about a similar program produced by NBC for the Olympics?

Reports surfaced Wednesday morning that the media tycoon will be bringing their own version to the 2024 Paris Olympics. Titled “Gold Zone”, the show will whip around across the summer games to bring you the most exciting moments in live sports as they happen.

The program will be available exclusively on NBC’s streaming platform, Peacock. The host lineup includes NFL RedZone’s Scott Hanson, Andrew Sicilano, Matt Isman and Akbar Gbajabiamila.

Reminiscent of the NFL’s acclaimed program, Gold Zone will air from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET every day from July 27-Aug. 10. It will focus on bringing viewers around the world closer to the most compelling and intriguing races, events and stories of the 2024 Olympic Games.

“The Olympic Games are like no other sporting event with up to 40 competitions happening simultaneously. Given that scale, Gold Zone is designed to be the viewer’s best friend, streaming the most important moments in real time,” Molly Solomon, executive producer and president of NBC Olympics production said in a statement. “Never miss a moment or a medal with Gold Zone, and who better to guide viewers through this entertaining presentation than Scott Hanson, who does this every NFL weekend, and Olympic veterans Andrew Siciliano, Matt Iseman and Akbar Gbajabiamila.”

Hosts are also expected to be joined by special guests each day, with an official schedule expected to be announced closer to the games. In addition to Peacock subscribers, Gold Zone will also be available for NBC on NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports app for customers with pay-TV subscriptions.
