Niners Nation reporter expects Nick Bosa to get the ‘brinks truck’

Akash Anavarathan of Niners Nation joined Cattles and Ramie Monday to discuss the San Francisco 49ers draft picks, the Niners’ offseason moves, Nick Bosa and his eventual contract extension, and more.

Anavarathan said there’s no urgency between Nick Bosa and the 49ers to get an extension done early.

“Until training camp, he’s off in Florida with Joe, his brother, and his own personal training staff, working out there and somehow comes back in better shape. So I imagine we won’t see an extension until then,” Anavarathan said. “But I’m not necessarily concerned… I think it’s pretty clear what his contract is going to be and the 49ers are going to back up the Brinks truck for him.”
