Sacramento Kings Guard Donte DiVincenzo Joins The Nick Cattles Show

Recently-acquired Sacramento Kings guard Donte DiVincenzo joined The Nick Cattles Show on Wednesday afternoon to discuss his new role with the team, recap the process of being traded from Milwaukee, and much more.
DiVincenzo on his role:
“Coming here, I’m not trying to come in here and play freely. I’m trying to come in here and play with confidence and feel out how to get wins. At the end of the day, I think all of us in the locker room want to get wins and push towards the playoffs. We want to be a part of the team that changes everything around and has a good culture and good environment to come in and play every day.”
DiVincenzo on his perception of Sacramento prior to being traded:
“From in Milwaukee, we knew that Sacramento was always going to play hard. When we came into Sacramento as a road team, you knew that crowd was going to be into it, that they were going to be loud. For me, personal experience, once I joined this organization and joined this team, my mindset changed. The amount of love and how the fanbase connects with you as soon as you are a part of the organization is through the roof. The more wins we get, the better we get over the course of the next couple of years, I think that will just grow. As of now where we stand, the love is actually through the roof.”
