De’Aaron Fox named Western Conference Player of the Week

He did it again.
The NBA has named Sacramento Kings guard De’Aaron Fox as the Western Conference Player of the Week following another dominant stretch from the All-Star talent.
During three games from November 27th through December 3rd, Fox averaged 31.7 points, 6.0 rebounds, 8.7 assists, and 1.7 steals per game while shooting 50 percent from the field and 36 percent from three-point range.
Fox, who has won Player of the Week five times during his NBA career, trails only Chris Webber (7) for the most honors in Kings franchise history.

After missing five games due to an ankle sprain, Fox has returned with force as the All-NBA guard holds averages of 30.0 points, 4.8 rebounds, 6.8 assists, and 1.7 steals on 48 percent shooting from the field and 37 percent from deep in 10 games since returning to the lineup.
The 25-year-old posted a career-high 16 assists to go along with 26 points and three steals during Saturday night’s win over the defending champion Denver Nuggets.
Fox, the lone two-time Player of the Week winner thus far in the 2023-24 NBA season, will look to lead the Kings (11-7) to a big win on Monday was Sacramento looks to beat the New Orleans Pelicans and advance to the In-Season Tournament semifinals in Las Vegas.
