De’Aaron Fox says this is ‘the best he has felt in a month’

De’Aaron Fox spoke to the media on Monday as the Sacramento Kings prepared to face the Charlotte Hornets at Golden 1 Center.
The 24-year-old reflected on the recent six-game road trip, discussed how his foot is feeling after taking a few games off, and discussed how important it is for the Kings to take care of business during the upcoming six-game home stand.
Since returning from a two-game absence, De’Aaron Fox is averaging 21.3 points, 5.0 rebounds, 6.7 assists, and 1.0 steals per game over 36.7 minutes per contest.

The Sacramento Kings entered the 2022-23 season hoping to break a 16-year playoff drought. After hiring Mike Brown as the team’s new coach, the Kings drafted Keegan Murray with the number four overall pick. They continued to make moves over the summer, trading for Kevin Huerter and signing multiple free agents, including guard Malik Monk.
