Update: 247 Sports reports that Donald Penn will not be charged in his recent domestic violence case due to a lack of evidence.
A spokesperson said:
“The office rejected this case because of lack of corroboration and on the ground that there is no reasonable likelihood of conviction on the domestic violence matter. Bottom line, lack of sufficient evidence.”

Lineman Donald Penn of the Oakland Raiders has been named suspect in a domestic violence incident.
TMZ Sports reports that Penn allegedly “slapped his wife’s butt and then poured a drink on her head.”
Reports say that police were called to Penn’s home in Los Angeles on Sunday night, but he had already left upon their arrival.
On Monday morning, the couple made the following statement through their rep, Denise White:
“There was a verbal disagreement, there was NO physical altercation. The two are in the middle of a divorce and it is a hard time for both parties.”
