Hour 1

On the first hour of the Lo-Down Damien and Chuck started the show talking about the Celtics re-signing restricted free agent Marcus Smart, and talk about different free agents that might be signed before the start of the season.  The guys somehow got onto 80’s and 90’s fashion, and what they would like to see come back.  All that and more on the Lo-Down exclusively on Sports 1140.

Hour 2

In the second hour of the show Damien replayed an interview that he had with Terrell Owens from several years back after his first try at the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and how not much has changed with him.  They also talked about the news of Carmelo Anthony getting traded and what it means for the Oklahoma City Thunder going forward.  All that and more on the Lo-Down exclusively on Sports 1140.

Hour 3

In the final hour of the Lo-Down the guys spent some more time on the Carmelo Anthony trade, and the news that came out of the Miami Dolphins could fine or suspend players who “protest” during the National Anthem this year.  All that and more on the Lo-Down exclusively on Sports 1140.
