The Las Vegas Raiders can do something this Sunday that they haven’t done in over 40 years.
In 1982, the Raiders started the season 2-0 on the road. The Silver & Black haven’t done that again since.
And with his history with AFC East opponents, Josh McDaniels isn’t taking the task of playing the Buffalo Bills lightly.
“It’s an intense environment. Their fans are really… they provide great support for them. So, it’s like a lot of places in this league, it’s tough to go in there and if you want to try to use the cadence, it’s not necessarily easy,” McDaniels said. “They’re going to make it loud and challenging. So, it’s a great atmosphere for football. They do a good job of being loud, especially when you’re on offense or you’re in a kicking play. We just have to be able to deal with the challenges that it provides us and I thought we did a decent job last week, and it’s going to be mandatory that we do it again this week.”
What time does the game start?
Kick-off between the Raiders and Bill is set for 10 a.m. PST from Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, N.Y.
Where can I watch the Raiders and Bills?
Fans can watch the Raiders and Bills locally in Sacramento on CBS13. The game is set to be called by Kevin Harlan (play-by-play) and Trent Green (analysts).
Who’s out?
The Raiders announced Jakobi Meyers is officially out with a concussion. Chandler Jones is also listed as out for Sunday’s matchup.
