Sacramento Kings lived to fight another day in the NBA play-in tournament.

Now they get to exercise another demon Fright night when they travel to New Orleans in a single-elimination game with the Pelicans.

This will be the sixth time this season the Sacramento Kings face off against New Orleans. The Pelicans won in all five previous matchups, with the most recent victory on Thursday, April 11 at the Golden 1 Center.

The Los Angeles Lakers secured the second seed in the NBA’s Western Conference by beating the New Orleans Pelicans 110-106 on Tuesday. Both Eastern Conference play-in games take place Wednesday night.

What time does the game start?

Tipoff from the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans is set for 6:30 p.m. PST on Friday, April 19.

How do I watch or listen to the Sacramento Kings vs Pelicans?

The Sacramento Kings play-in game will follow the conclusion of the Eastern Conference matchup between the Chicago Bulls and Miami Heat on ESPN.

Fans can watch the Sacramento Kings game on TNT with Ian Eagle (play-by-play) and Grant Hill (analyst) on the call with Jared Greenberg reporting courtside. Or listen to all the action on Sactown Sports (KHTK 1140-AM).

Is there a watch party at the Golden 1 Center?

Last year, when the Kings took on the Warriors in the first round of the playoffs, Sacramento would host a watch party when games took place at the Chase Center in San Francisco. However, there is no watch party scheduled for Friday night.
