Keegan Murray breaks down his first All-Star Weekend experience

Sacramento Kings rookie Keegan Murray is back from All-Star Weekend, and the forward shed some light on his experience in Salt Lake City during Wednesday’s post-practice media availability.

Murray participated in Friday night’s Rising Stars Game, where the Iowa product sank a game-sealing triple that gave his team a win during its first-round matchup.

Along with discussing his experience at All-Star Weekend, Murray looked ahead to Sacramento’s playoff push and talked about what he hopes to accomplish down the final stretch.

"I did what I needed to do. Hit a game-winner. Didn't get hurt. So I think it was a success."

Sacramento will return to action on Thursday night when they face one of the teams beneath them in the standings as Damian Lillard and the Portland Trail Blazers come to Golden 1 Center. The Kings will be playing the first game of a back-to-back before heading to Los Angeles for a matchup with the new-look Clippers on Friday.
