Mike Brown on his approach to ‘interesting’ final stretch of the season

Sacramento Kings head coach Mike Brown spoke to the media on Tuesday for the first time following a week-long break due to NBA All-Star festivities.
Brown shared his approach to the final 25-game stretch of the season as the Kings look to keep pace in a packed Western Conference that includes 11 teams separated by six games.
The veteran head coach also shared that All-Star talents De’Aaron Fox and Domantas Sabonis were absent at practice as both players were eligible for an extra day of rest after participating in Sunday’s All-Star Game in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Sacramento will return to action on Thursday night when they face one of the teams beneath them in the standings as Damian Lillard and the Portland Trail Blazers come to Golden 1 Center. The Kings will be playing the first game of a back-to-back before heading to Los Angeles for a matchup with the new-look Clippers on Friday.
