A.J. Neibel (Head Strength and Conditioning) – In his first tour with the Raiders, Neibel spent six seasons (2003-2008) as a strength and conditioning/sports medicine associate. He begins his second stint with the Raiders, after spending the previous two seasons (2017-2018) with the Jacksonville Jaguars as an athletic performance specialist/physical therapy assistant. He also spent time in MLB working with the San Francisco Giants as a strength and conditioning consultant from 2009-2010.
