With the win, Sacramento advanced to the Western Conference Finals for the first time since 1981 when the Kansas City Kings faced the Houston Rockets.

Mike Bibby and Chris Webber each scored 23 points for the Kings, while Hedo Turkoglu had a strong game with 20 points and 13 rebounds. Vlade Divac scored 18 points and grabbed five rebounds in the win.

It was a well-rounded team effort for Sacramento as six players finished in double-figures.

Doug Christie and Bobby Jackson both scored 15 points, as Christie finished with seven rebounds and seven assists as well. Jackson dished six assists off of the bench to help the Kings advance, putting them only four wins away from an NBA Finals berth.

Next up for Sacramento in the Western Conference Finals: the Los Angeles Lakers.
