UPDATE: The Oakland Raiders are signing Jordy Nelson to a two-year, $15M deal, per Adam Schefter.

The Oakland Raiders are reportedly working toward finalizing a contract with free-agent wide receiver Jordy Nelson.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Raiders hope to get a deal done by the end of today.

Though Nelson remains in Oakland after visiting with the team, the NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports the Saints and Seahawks should not be ruled out as possible destinations for the one-time Pro Bowler .

It is believed that the Raiders will drop wide reciver Michael Crabtree if Nelson is aquired, per Rapoport.
If the #Raiders finalize a deal with WR Jordy Nelson, they are likely to release WR Michael Crabtree, who has a $7.7M cap hit. That is in their plans.
