While speaking to the media at the NFL’s combine, Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh announced that outside linebackers coach Rob Leonard is leaving Baltimore for Sin City, becoming the team’s new defensive line coach.
The Raiders have not yet announced the hire.

In February, the Las Vegas Raiders fired defensive line coach Frank Okam, who was hired by defensive coordinator Patrick Graham just one year ago. The Raiders’ defense ranked in the bottom half of the league in multiple categories, including allowing the seventh-most points per game (24.6) and the highest passer rating (98.8). The team’s defensive line only recorded 21.5 sacks in the 2022 season.
Leonard has been a coach in the NFL for 10 years. He started his NFL coaching career with the New York Giants before joining the Miami Dolphins and then recently the Baltimore Ravens.
