Report: Return specialist Ray-Ray McCloud III signs with Falcons

Wide receiver Ray-Ray McCloud III is leaving the Bay Area for Hotlanta.
According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, the Atlanta Falcons are signing McCloud to a two-year, $6 million deal. The speedy receiver and punt return specialist is coming off a two-year deal with the San Francisco 49ers.
Last season in San Francisco, the 27-year-old receiver caught 12 receptions for 135 yards. He also returned 24 punts for 203 yards and 10 kick-offs for 255 yards. In his two years with the 49ers, he only scored one receiving touchdown and one rushing touchdown.

Selected in the sixth round of the 2018 NFL Draft by the Buffalo Bills, Ray-Ray McCloud has also played for the Carolina Panthers and Pittsburgh Steelers. For his career, he’s returned 108 kickoffs for 2,438 yards, 138 punt returns for 1,326 yards and caught 90 receptions for 768 yards.
McCloud joins wide receivers Darnell Mooney and Rondale Moore as the newest additions to Kirk Cousins’ offense in Atlanta.
