After losing the coin flip tie-breaker with the Chicago Bulls, resulting in the best odds for the 7th pick in the 2018 NBA Draft, the Sacramento Kings have struck gold, winning the 2nd overall pick in today’s NBA Draft Lottery.

The Kings had only a 18.3% chance to move into the top-3. De’Aaron Fox, who made a name for himself this season as a very clutch rookie, worked his magic again, representing the Kings on stage at the lottery in Chicago.

The top picks expected to be taken 1st and 2nd overall are Arizona big man Deandre Ayton and international star Luka Doncic.
