The Athletic’s Sam Amick joined “The Carmichael Dave Show with Jason Ross” on Thursday morning to talk about the Kings’ win over the Lakers, how impressive Domantas Sabonis has looked recently, Draymond Green’s suspension, and more.

In his last two games, the Kings’ center is averaging 26 points, 12.5 rebounds, 8.5 assists, and 1.5 blocks. Domantas Sabonis now moves to 8-0 against Lakers center Anthony Davis.

“It was a really strong performance. They looked really good, giving up some of the late lead, it was a really strong performance,” Amick said of Sabonis and the Kings against the Lakers. “The other takeaway, as far as the fans and every fanbase goes through this, is that reminder to be more steady-Eddy than reactionary early on in the season.”

Additional topics discussed include:

  • Draymond Green’s five-game suspension and everyone’s take at the arena
  • How do the Warriors feel about having to constantly defend Green?
  • Are Draymond’s antics good for the NBA?
  • What direction are the Chicago Bulls and Zach LaVine headed?
