Simone Biles is the newest Olympian to allege sexual misconduct against former USA Gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar.
Biles took to social media to speak out, saying:
“I too am one of the many survivors that was sexually abused by Larry Nassar… There are many reasons that l have been reluctant to share my story, but I know now it is not my fault.”

USA Today reports that Nassar, who previously got slammed with a 60 year sentence in federal court for child pornography possession, will appear in court in Michigan this week as he faces seven sexual assault charges.
Nassar will be sentenced as part of a plea agreement and could be facing life in prison. His sentencing begins Tuesday and is expected to last through Friday.
Biles joins 140 women who have claims against Nassar. Gymnasts Aly Raisman, Gabby Douglas and McKayla Maroney have all spoken out against him.
I will not be attending the sentencing because it is too traumatic for me. My impact letter will be read in court in front of Nassar. I support the brave survivors. We are all in this together. #StopAbuse
