On a wet and wild Wednesday edition of 49ers practice, linebacker Dre Greenlaw and guard Aaron Banks were back on the field for San Francisco.
Greenlaw and Banks got their second consecutive practice of the week Wednesday, returning to the field Tuesday for the team’s limited session. Both players missed Week 18 with ailments sustained in Week 17.
Dre Greenlaw suffered a back strain in the third quarter of the Las Vegas Raiders game, missing most of the snaps thereafter. Showing limitations walking off the field New Year’s Day, the 49ers opted to let him rest and recover ahead of the regular-season finale with the Arizona Cardinals. A week’s worth of rest seemed to do the trick, practicing with his helmet Wednesday while going through individual drills during the media portion.

Aaron Banks is another player looking back to normal Wednesday, inactive for Week 18 with a knee sprain suffered in Las Vegas. Listed as limited to start the week, every indication is that the second-year offensive lineman will suit up for Super Wild Card Weekend against the Seattle Seahawks Saturday.
