Draymond Green #23 of the Golden State Warriors draws an offensive foul on Alex Len #25 of the Sacramento Kings in the first half during Game Two of the Western Conference First Round Playoffs at Golden 1 Center on April 17, 2023 in Sacramento, California.

ESPN’s Brian Windhorst joined Cattles and Ramie Tuesday, discussing Draymond Green’s stomp, the Kings being up 2-0 over the defending champions and more.

After saying he doesn’t think Green will get suspended by the NBA because Sabonis grabbed his ankle, Windhorst went on to add that Kings fans shouldn’t want Green suspended.

“You want to beat the Warriors straight up, I wouldn’t want there to be asterisks or any people trying to talk it down,” Windhorst said. “And third, the Kings already got their benefit because I don’t know how the game would have gone if Draymond stayed in it.”

Topics discussed include:

  • Thoughts on what happened between Green and Domantas Sabonis in Game 2 that eventually led to his ejection
  • Are teams feeling differently about the Kings after their first two games against the Warriors
  • If it is surprising how the Kings’ lack of experience has not come into play so far in this series
  • Would the NBA ever entertain the idea of getting rid of the charge rule
  • Is the West as wide open as it seems?
  • Will there be an offseason of changes in Philadephia if the 76ers don’t make it to the NBA Finals?
