Harrison Barnes and De’Aaron Fox both know when the Sacramento Kings finally clinch a playoff berth, the fans and the city will go crazy.

Even if the team does not win Monday night against the Minnesota Timberwolves, there are still chances they clinch with either a Phoenix Suns’ loss or a Los Angeles Clippers’ loss.

Whenever it happens, the players and coaches know it will mean a lot to the city and their fans.

“I don’t even know how to put it in words, I don’t know what I’ll see, but it’s going to be nuts,” Harrison Barnes said when asked about possibly clinching a playoff berth in front of fans at Golden 1 Monday night.

Fox added to Barnes’s thoughts, thanking the fans for being along on the journey with him since he entered the league in 2017.

“We still have a lot of work to do,” Fox said.
