The San Francisco 49ers are heading to the NFC Championship game for the third straight season.
Following Saturday’s nail-biting win over the Green Bay Packers, San Francisco will face the Detroit Lions this Sunday afternoon at Levi’s Stadium for a chance to punch their tickets to Super Bowl LVIII.
