Hour 1

On the Monday edition of The Grant Napear Show Grant and Doug come out in the first hour talking the Sacramento Kings back to back games this past weekend, getting a win on Sunday vs the Knicks and discuss the latest situation surrounding Aldon Smith and his release by the Raiders today.

Hour 2

Sports Illustrated NBA Insider Jared Zwerling appeared in hour two and broke down the wild race in the wild, wild western conference, including taking a look at the Spurs and the Kawhi Leonard situation, how the New Orleans Pelicans are playing well and a look into if the Rockets can beat the Warriors in a seven game series. The fellas also talk NCAA and if they should pay athletes.

Hour 3

Former Sacramento King Scot Pollard jumped on the show to give his thoughts an beliefs about the on going NCAA vs athletes and if college players should be paid debate. Hear Scot give his thoughts on a new system the NCAA probably should look at, break down an athletes life as a college student in reality and he tells a brief story of a school offering his family a 2 million budget for him to come to their school. Plus the head coach of the Nevada Wolfpack Eric Musselman joined Doug and Grant and spoke about his teams season up to this point. Hear coach break down his three year journey at Nevada and how far the program has come winning 20 games, 3 seasons in a row. The injury situation happening this year and how his team has dealt with “the next man up” belief and coach goes down memory lane a bit explaining how much he learned from Chuck Daly, Larry Brown and others he has studied under.

Hour 4

In hour four, the fellas talk more college athletes and if they should be paid while in college, break down a hypothetical question in the NBA draft and if the Kings had the number 1 pick in the draft what they would do with it.
