Chris Biderman of the Sacramento Bee and Candlestick Chronicles Podcast joined Stiles & Watkins to talk about the Kings trade rumors ahead of Thursday’s deadline.

While the Kings have been linked to multiple players across the Association, the organization has not yet made a move. Biderman believes the team likes the core they have and the chemistry in the locker room.

“I just don’t know what deal is out there for them that’ll drastically change who they are,” Biderman said. “Looking at the landscape, it’s definitely not a buyer’s market. And the Kings aren’t going to trade Keegan Murray. With OG Anunoby and Pascal Siakam moved, I just don’t know what deals are potentially out there that make sense. With Zach LaVine done for the year, it just doesn’t seem like there’s that difference-maker available for the Kings. And so they might just stand pat and hope their group can improve off last year and they can make a deep run into the playoffs.”

Additional topics discussed include:

  • The Kings going 5-2 on their most recent road trip
  • Kyle Shanahan on the game manager debacle
  • If 49ers fans need to be worried about the practice facility conditions
  • Super Bowl prediction
