Coming off their Week 9 bye, the 49ers look as healthy as ever, with Deebo Samuel now back in the fold.
The San Francisco 49ers wide receiver made his first appearance at practice since suffering a hairline fracture in his shoulder in Week 6 against the Cleveland Browns. Samuel, 28, has been out of action since, with the team focusing on a long-term approach to the playmaker’s season.
After going through workouts on the side field before the bye week, the pass-catcher made his intentions to play in Week 10 clear.
“I’m ready to go,” Deebo Samuel told Kay Adams on Up & Adams last week.

Additionally, left tackle Trent Williams was seen during the media portion of practice but did not partake.
Williams has been sidelined with an ankle sprain, also suffered in Week 6. Wednesday would be a more appropriate mark for his health entering Week 10, with Monday viewed as a bonus practice session.
On top of that, defensive end Chase Young made his practice debut for the 49ers, acquired at the trade deadline from the Washington Commanders.
Young, 24, is now the Red & Gold’s sack leader (5) on the season, also Top-5 in pressures in 2023. He now joins an uber-talented defensive line, headlined by his college teammate, Nick Bosa.

The 49ers will hope Samuel, Williams and Young can all suit up for Week 10, heading to Jacksonville to face the AFC-South-leading Jaguars.
Lastly, San Francisco opened the practice windows for cornerback Samuel Womack III and rookies Darrell Luter Jr. and Robert Beal Jr. Womack suffered a knee injury early in the season, while both rookies have not made their NFL debuts yet.
