Kevin Huerter has not returned to action since going down in the first quarter of Monday’s game against the Memphis Grizzlies.
The Sacramento Kings announced today that the guard suffered a dislocated shoulder and a labral tear. Treatment options are still being evaluated, according to the Kings.
Kings say Kevin Huerter suffered a dislocated shoulder and a labral tear. Treatment options are still being evaluated. Huerter will be listed as out. No timetable provided yet for return to action.
For some context though, Ja Morant is out for the season with a labral tear.

The Kings lost Kevin Huerter on what looked like a routine swipe down from Desmond Bane on a fastbreak. In the meantime, Keon Ellis has been filling his role and finding ways to contribute, but everyone will need to have a next-man-up mentality as the postseason nears.
When is the next Sacramento Kings game?
Sacramento will play the second game of a back-to-back on Thursday afternoon when they face the NBA-worst Washington Wizards (11-58) at Capital One Arena.
On December 18th, three Kings players scored 25+ points during a 143-131 win over Washington at Golden 1 Center, with Domantas Sabonis’ triple-double performance (28 points, 13 rebounds, and 12 assists) leading the way.
